  1. What does CPS stand for? Also, is the TI regarding Texas Instruments? Is there a new type of calculator out? (English Teacher, sorry)

  2. Looks good but how are you going to measure the engagement? Will it be measured from student grades or teacher and student surveys? I would clarify that. Is there going to be mandated use or do you have specific teachers you are targeting? I have used E-Instruction CPS some but I found the program annoying complex. I have been using i<clickers and love how easy they are to set up and use on a whim.

  3. How many navigators and CPS clicker sets do you have on campus? If each math teacher has a navigator, then up to 3 times a week would be reasonable. If you don't have many sets of clickers, and teachers have to track them down and then set them up, you may see a bit more reluctance. In your training, you may want to include logistical/managerial info as well...sometimes just distributing the clickers or calculators in a challenging class is a feat. The one drawback to either system is that you can never measure how often the kids just had a good guess or only partial understanding because they just zap in their answers (often multiple choice) with very little time for discussions.
